Comfort Wedge, Inc., warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. In the event the Comfort Wedge determines the said product is defective, that the defect did not result from abuse or misuse by the purchaser, and that the said defect arose during the one year period, the Comfort Wedge will refund the full purchase price paid (excluding shipping costs) or replace the product at Comfort Wedge's option. This warranty shall apply to use by the original purchaser only. Comfort Wedge, Inc., hereby excludes all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantabilty and warranty of fitness for purpose. The express warranty stated above is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
